These rolls are so yummy!! They are not as sweet as my normal "holiday" rolls are, but hey, this didn't really need much kneading and with my carpal tunnel acting up, i am ALL for that!
I made these to go with pot roast last night, which is what my Ashley requested for her birthday dinner. These rolls are yummy and there is only two left! these are very soft rolls...perfect for sopping up gravy! Here is the recipe if any of you want to try them. This dough can keep in the fridge for up to five days. I adapted the recipe from Mobunny's Pillow Rolls.
I made up the dough around 2 and left it to rise in the bowl on the counter and then around 4:45 i made the rolls and put them in a pan and let them rise until doubled and cooked them.
